We now offer a 300 Hour Yoga Alliance approved Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.  For any 200 hour certified yoga instructor who is looking to refine their skills, expand their understanding, and elevate their teaching--this is the training for you.

In this year long program, you will join together with other like-minded individuals in order to delve more deeply into the art of teaching yoga in a modern world.  We will explore the classic traditions of Yoga and explore how we can bring some of those ancient ideas into the microcosm of our studio asana practice.


Explore ancient texts, the nuances of asana, the secrets of elevated sequencing, efficiency of language use, and deep introspection with lead teacher, Morgan Mazza (E-RYT 500).  Explore optimal body alignment, key action sequencing, and yoga for seniors with Susan Jaffee (E-RYT 500).  Explore somatics with Kandy Aboud (RYT 500), and anatomy with Lindley Folkerson (MD and 500hr certified yoga instructor). 


What makes our program different?  You will be offered a wide range of perspectives and a wealth of knowledge from  teachers who are students first and foremost,  who spend countless hours in trainings refining their own teachings.  Join in a year long, life changing experience with serious yogis and yoga teachers.

Additional time requirements outside of homework, assignments, and above listed hours:


  • Once monthly attendance in Advanced Practice (Fridays 12-3pm) or twice monthly attendance in Peak Practice (Wednesdays 5:30-7:00pm)
  • 4 assists in specified classes taught by lead teacher (approximately 8 hours total)​
